Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of developing the professional competence of educators within the context of digital pedagogy. The widespread implementation of information and communication technologies in the modern educational system demands new knowledge, skills, and methodical approaches from teachers. The article highlights educators' digital competence, innovative pedagogical activity, opportunities for using interactive methods, and the role of digital learning platforms in professional development. Additionally, the importance of digital pedagogy in improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of the educational process is scientifically and theoretically substantiated.
