Abstract

This article provides a scholarly and theoretical analysis of the issues of ensuring human dignity and personal, political, economic, and cultural rights in modern civil society, elucidating the role of the principle of “for human dignity” in the development of civil society, its harmony with the humanistic ideas inherited from our ancestors, and its significance as a priority area of state policy. Furthermore, comprehensive national programs aimed at reducing poverty, as well as the mechanisms of their implementation across political, economic, legal, and social dimensions, are examined. In addition, the recognition of human rights as the supreme value, the responsibility of the state in protecting citizens, and the democratic reforms being carried out in New Uzbekistan on the basis of the principle of “The state exists for the people” and their essence are revealed.
