Abstract

This article explores the importance of forming teachers’ professional competence in the effective application of pedagogical technologies. In modern education systems, the integration of innovative teaching methods requires educators to possess not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and adaptive abilities. The study analyzes international, CIS, and Uzbek scholarly perspectives on pedagogical technologies and highlights key factors influencing teacher competence. The results demonstrate that continuous professional development, methodological training, and reflective practice significantly enhance teachers’ effectiveness in implementing pedagogical technologies.
