INTERACTION BETWEEN THE INVESTIGATOR AND OPERATIONAL-SEARCH AGENCIES IN THE PROCESS OF SOLVING, INVESTIGATING AND PREVENTING CRIMES

Abstract

This publication explores the theoretical, legal, and practical aspects of investigators’ interactions with investigative agencies in the detection, investigation, and prevention of crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes criminal procedure legislation and legislation regulating investigative activities, defines the forms and methods of interaction between the parties, and identifies emerging legal and organizational challenges. Particular attention is paid to the application of investigative findings in criminal proceedings. Based on this analysis, it proposes ways to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between law enforcement agencies.
