Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations for improving the management chain of grape-producing enterprises. It examines the role of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in ensuring food security and their position within the agricultural production chain. The study highlights the biological and economic characteristics of grape production, as well as challenges related to logistics, storage, and market infrastructure imbalances. In addition, the paper explores opportunities for improving efficiency through the introduction of digital technologies and innovative management mechanisms. The perishable nature of grapes, transportation costs, and price volatility create significant risks for producers. The findings suggest that integrating production chains, applying cluster approaches, and implementing digital management systems can ensure sustainable development in the grape production sector.
