Abstract

This thesis analyzes the significance and opportunities of using artificial intelligence technologies in the process of early career guidance. It highlights the role of AI-based systems in identifying students’ interests, abilities, and individual characteristics, recommending suitable career paths, and forecasting labor market demands. In addition, the advantages and future prospects of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the education system are discussed. The research findings indicate that the use of artificial intelligence can enhance the effectiveness of career guidance, support young people in making informed career choices, and contribute to the development of a competitive workforce.
