Based on field and laboratory studies conducted in 2022-2024, the optimal structural parameters of the system were determined in terms of sprinkler layout, design water discharge and operating pressure. It was established that with a spacing between sprinklers of 16 m, a pipe spacing of 5 m and a single-sprinkler discharge of 0.7 l/s, the system operates in a hydraulically stable manner, while maintaining pre-irrigation soil moisture at 70-75-75 % of field capacity constitutes the most rational irrigation regime. Furthermore, determining flow rates along individual network segments requires accounting for the wastewater travel time. The peaking factor (coefficient of fluctuation) does not fully characterize the wastewater inflow regime, as it fails to encompass all the factors influencing flow variability. It is revealed that over fifteen years the value added in the agricultural sector increased 14.4 times both at the national and regional levels, with an average annual growth rate of about 19.5 percent, while the regional shares remained stable (9.8 and 8.0 percent respectively). The theoretical basis of the study includes the works of foreign scholars (S.Kuznets, W.A.Lewis, B.F.Johnston and J.W.Mellor, C.P.Timmer, M.E.Porter, G.Gereffi). The channels of value added growth - intensification, diversification, development of processing and agro-clusters - are substantiated, and recommendations for deepening value chains in the regions are proposed.
